ANNUAL MEETING   The HOA annual/budget ratification meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 11, in the Castle Rock Room East, Philip S. Miller Library, Castle Rock. Time to be announced.


WILDFIRE MITIGATION   Wildfire season has begun in Colorado. According to Tad Keegan, fire marshall for Jackson 105, the amount of scrub oak and the abundance of ladder fuel in Keene Ranch present significant fire hazards. Castle Rock, Larkspur, and Jackson 105 firefighters cover different areas in our community, although all will respond when needed. Check the May HOA board minutes for more on Tad's report. You can obtain information about fire mitigation and/or inspections from the following people:

Monthly board meetings are scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., in the Staff Conference Room, Philip S. Miller Library, Castle Rock. Property owners are welcome.
