The Keene Ranch Executive Board meets monthly at the Phillip S. Miller Library in Castle Rock. Refer to the announcement section on the home page for the date and time of the next meeting.

The board’s responsibilities and procedures are outlined in the articles of incorporation, bylaws, and common interest community declaration, which are available on the “HOA Documents” page of this web site.

The annual meeting takes place in the fall of each year. Property owners elect board members and vote on the annual budget at that meeting. Soon after the annual meeting, the board elects its officers and appoints committees. Monthly meeting minutes are posted on the “Board Minutes and Official Notices” page, and the annual budget is posted on the
“HOA Documents” page.
