Rules:

1. Only Keene Ranch property owners may post.

2. No anonymous postings. Signing with initials counts as anonymous. Sign your own name. Messages using someone else’s name will be removed.

3. No political endorsements or announcements.

4. No personal attacks on property owners or attacks on the business performance of property owners.

5. No attacks on board or committee members. Discussing issues is welcome.

Additional rules for the marketplace:

1. 100-word limit.

2. Postings must include your name, contact information, and the date.

3. If you want your posting to appear for a limited time (e.g., looking for a summer job or a seasonal item for sale), please note when you want the ad removed. Example: “Remove by 9/1/2007.” If you decide later that you want your posting removed (e.g., the item has been sold), contact the webmaster directly.
