HOA Documents

In this section of the Keene Ranch web site, you will find the governing documents for the community. It is recommended that homeowners and prospective homeowners read the covenants section, which includes the covenants and addenda. When doing so, pay particular attention to Sections 8 and 9 of the covenants and the addendum (clarification) letters. All plans should be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (see the ARC section for detailed guidelines). You can find the names of the current ARC members under the Executive Board and Committees section.

The current schools for Keene Ranch are Castle View High School, Castle Rock Middle School, and Clear Sky Elementary School. For current information, please refer to Douglas County School Districts Web site: www.dcsdk12.org.
