WATER METER READINGS ARE DUE NOW. BE SURE TO REPORT YOUR 2008 WATER USAGE TO KIM SO THAT WE WILL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATE WATER BOARD REGULATIONS.

HOA BOARD MEETINGS
The board will not meet this November or December. Next year's monthly board meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month from 5:00 to 7:00 in the Wells Fargo Room, Philip S. Miller Library, Castle Rock. The forum, during which homeowners may speak on issues they are concerned about, will take place at approximately 6:45.

FIRE MITIGATION INFORMATION NOW ON KEENERANCH.ORG
Thanks to the Douglas County Wildfire Mitigation staff, two informative documents are now posted on keeneranch.org. They are "must reads" for all property owners. Click on "General Information and Links" on the menu. Note that these documents may take a while to load.
